Ada satu pelayan songgong, jutek bgt ngebentak bentak customer, tolong yang jaga di kasir di traning dlu biar ngga songgong

Resto paling rame di Mega Mall Batam kayaknya. Antri panjang terus.

Tempat makan agak berdempet ya, bagian depan masih dingin kena AC, tapi bagian belakang panas.

Ya untuk rasa, enak, pedesnya bisa diatur sesuai level. Saya mentok level 3 yang masih bisa untuk dinikmati makanannya. Tapi tambah kesini, tambah kecil ya porsinya.

Untuk pelayanan antri sampai ke kasir lumayan untuk pas jam-jam makan dan pas malam minggu, sekitar 20 menit. Tapi serving makanan lumayan cepat, 10 menit. Semoga lebih baik!

Pengalaman yang buruk, pesanan menu malah harus nunggu 2 hari baru ada, seharusnya klo sudah tidak ada di berikan pemberi tahuan klo sudah tidak ada pelanggan sampai menunggu 15 menit antri

Terimakasih pelayanan gofood nya sudah seperti yg KFC, driver tidak ikut antri lagi dengan pengunjung

We ordered original and spicy. We changed from rice to fries. The cheese dip is really good. The fries are very crunchy. The chicken is cruise and very spicy. I am someone who can eat spicy food but level 3 is out of my level. Portion a bit small but the amount we pay is justifiable to the amount.

Kalau rame langsung buka 2 kasir lah. Kalau Food online masuk langsung di cetak struk nya biar gak panjang antrian.pelayananan kalian sampah sekali.

Udah lama banget ga makan richeese. Pas nyobain lagi, belinya yang level 2 dan level 3. Asli kepedesan. Tapi enak dicocol kejunya.

Richeese factory famaous for its fire chicken dish. It is a fried chicken with hot sauce with level 1 to 5. I've tried for level 5 and it really hot. I still can feel the heat in my mouth some times after finish them. It's cheese sauce also tested very good. It is the only fried chicken fast food restaurant that serve both super hot sauce and sweet cheese sauce. Only cheese sampe that come free with the order while hot sauce available on demand with ekstra cost. But it worth if you like spicy food very much. Just come in and try it by your self. My sugestion order Firefox chicken with level 2 or 3 first and then you can purchase the fire sauce with higher level if you need more spicy.

Super crowded the last time I went there for iftar. Hard to get table, long line, and the food was slow served. Some menu were sold out already. I think they need more server, and they shouldn't restock the raw supply in the peak hour tho. The food is good btw, just richeese being richeese

Cheese and spicy lovers you must try it, good taste for fire chicken sauce, you can choose spicy level, I suggest to choose level 1 for the first time.

One of the best Spicy Sweet Fried chicken I had in Batam. Comes with lots of Nachos Cheese and combo serve with a rice ball! Perfect combination

Pelayanan buruk. Tolong kepada manager agar memperhatikan mitra gojek.kalau gag mau krja sama.mending kalian tutup aja aplikasi gojek kalian.

Apart from cozy ambience, it's overrated IMO. Chicken was salty, not fresh, not spicy for fire chicken labelled on it. It felt like leftover. Beverage is so-so. For those not big fan of cheese, it'd feel too much.

Clean place, great food, nice ambience.
Pro tips - ask for double cheese sauce, because one is never enough.
