We didn’t get what we paid for. We paid for a snorkel trip including someone to watch our daughter while me and my wife snorkled - they didn’t arrange this so we had to take turns between us with only one of us swimming per spot.

They then cancelled the last spot to the Turtle sanctuary which was the one our daughter was excited for. This was because one girl screamed when a wave hit the boat and the driver said we had to go back for safety reasons - later a guy asked if it was actually dangerous and the guy said no The boat driver was rude and either dumb/drunk because he could barely drive and almost hit a guy with the spinning rotor while he was getting in the boat. Also not enough life vests per person, not enough time per location and the usual awful overly expensive lunch you get on these things

Half of our snorkel trip was cancelled. No discount.

Also they gave us a go pro for free but then we’re trying to rent these to everyone else for 200k,

We have taken a 4-hour tour with a private boat and we have been to different points of the Gili islands, Kiki accompanied us, a crack at taking videos and photos.

The snorkelling trip was well organized and Ali and Kiki were great guides. They showed us some amazing spots in Gili Meno, suggested an amazing place for fresh seafood and great seaside view. Kiki took some amazing gopro videos underwater for us and guided us underwater to see the turtles and the corals
Overall we highly recommend this trip and Ali and Kiki!

Super nice and friendly staff with GREAT photos while snorkelling. Really recommend this place for a nice snorkelling trip!

This was the worst snorkeling trip of my life. We felt very unsafe the boat. It was almost most tipping over, because they put too many people on the boat. They seemed very money-hungry. Also there was no customer service and they were very unfriendly.

It's better to go to a more expensive place and have an actually good experience.

They also said, that there was a glass bottom boat, but the glass bottom was about 1x1 meter. So nobody could actually see the fish.

Also the currents were very strong and you could easily be carried away by the water. They did know count any of the people, so they would not notice if somebody would have gone missing.

The equipment was okay, but you were not allowed to have a lifewest, snorkle and fins, b you could only choose two of them.

Also they did not have enough lifewests for everybody on the boat if there was an accident.
