Very smooth journey, liked the option of sitting up top in the open or underneath with A/C and movie on TV screen playing. Did not mention stops for drop off and pick ups at other islands however did arrive at destination time stated.

They lied about the departure time multiple times and they lied about the boot being broken. When I came to ask what this all was about, they had a very agressive tone. Horrible experience.

The ac was not working in our room and the staff did nothing. The room was unbearably hot and they randomly added an extra bed without asking us. (We were 4 girls and they added a random guy) Couldn’t sleep at all.

Amazing service! Very prompt and reliable responses throughout watts app. Once there, they helped us with our luggage throughout and we also used their hotel pick up and drop off. Highly recommend, we would use them again.

If you negotiate, you can have a two way boat by 190k idr. But the service is awful. The boat comes two hour later than it’s scheduled.
