Nice guests and great guidance! It is also doable for beginners. They choose the good waves for you. You start early to get the good waves, but it's totally worth it!

Left 1000000rp in my bag in the "locker" when i went surfing, when i came back there where only 700000rp, this also happened to a friend same day, take care if you leave your things in this place or better dont go.

Gili T's BEST SURF SCHOOL! I have been renting boards and getting lessons with these guys for years. Very proffesional instructors, great quality boards and a friendly chilled out atmosphere. The waves are great here. The perfect spot to learn or get better. I recommend surfing with instructor Han.

Really enjoyed the surfing lessons! The instructors are really friendly, fun and helpful. I was able to stand on board and surf quite a few times in just 1 lesson!

Great school! With some experience or good effort you will be able to surf waves in your first lesson. You get swimming shirt and board. Great teachers, speaks in English! If I had more time, I would come back.

Had first time surf lessons today and really enjoyed it! It was so much fun to stand on the board and surf on the waves. The teachers were great! My sons also had good time with the enthusiastic teachers. We will be back! And you should try this too! You will have a smile on your face

This was a great place to surf! The instructors are friendly, teach you the 3 step method, and the waves at the beach are great for learning how to surf. They tell you when to try and stand up, so you just can focus on practicing! Would definitely recommend.

I had my first class with those guys and they're amazing! In less than an hour I was able to surf the (small) waves! I had great time with them and I would definitely come back if I had more time on the island. They explained everything in way I could understand and helped to fix mistakes I made Thank you guys!

Had a surf lesson today with the 2 of us and we told them we were beginners. Because of the current we both had 1 instructor and they both were amazing. We had an amazing time and they made us catch some waves. Would highly reconmend these guys

Great surfing experience, best on the island. Family of 6 and everyone was able to ride the waves! No experience before but the team was super helpful to get us going!

All the guys at bongkas are legends (doni, Willy, Han + more can’t spell there names) they made our time memorable with the surfing and just hanging out. When I’m back in Gili I will be back at bongkas for more fun!

GREAT SURFING SCHOOL

Our kids had 4 days of surfing lessons and they loved it.
Doni did a great work teaching them how to surf. The kids had a great time and they really enjoyed riding the waves.

Doni and his team were great! My six year old daughter had three lessons and was completely safe in their hands. She learned a lot. It’s a shallow reef with small/medium waves great to learn on. A good idea to get some booties as the corals are pretty sharp and you easily cut your feet.
