Breathe Villa and Yoga Meno

A very well located, clean and quiet place

by leaving my first opinion on the platform, I especially wanted to highlight the very warm welcome from Adakz and Gede (aka Google!)

2 adorable people, who are always smiling!

Google was extremely adorable, and respectful, he is a golden person, who will not only mark your stay, but also your heart!

In country known for its hospitality our stay at Breathe Villa stood out from the rest our host Gede Google was friendly and welcoming. Right from the start he made us feel at home and looked after our every need. He even went above an beyond to make sure we would be able to make it back to Bali when all navigation had been closed. We'll always remember out stay here and hopefully we can come back for a longer stay in the future.

Pros:
A large and comfortable villa
It is possible to prepare food yourself
Beautiful morning with birds singing
Friendly staff

Cons:
- In the evening, music starts playing nearby, so I had to go to bed to the music for meditation
- The pillows were very terrible, they were not new

But I really recommend this accommodation

We loved Breathe villas, everything is so calm and peaceful that you will relax yes or yes.
The room was beautiful, clean and comfy. I loved the swing right in front of the entrance The pool area was very relaxing too. As a plus, you can use their bikes without extra fee.

But what really made the difference were our hosts: Adakz and Google welcomed us like nobody else did! Always so smiley, helpful and kind We loved spending time with them, we can't wait to meet you again guys, we miss you

We stayed there for a few days beginning of March and it was great! Rooms are clean and have a good style, and since the island is so small you are never far from anything.

Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and absolutely friendly staff! If you don't want to be right on the beach and want more peace and quiet, this is the right place for you! We extended our stay because of the pleasant atmosphere. Can only be recommended!

Beautiful villa and beautiful island. The villas them selves were very nicely designed and the pool was great to have. Gary, our host, was excellent. Friendly, accommodating, helpful, and great for a chat. Gili Meno itself was a terrific island, and the villa is perfectly situated in the middle. Very easy to walk, but bikes are included in the stay and the ride is very nice.

Experience was terrible. Adrien was very friendly at first but when we arrived to our villa it was filled with ants/bugs my girlfriend and I went out for the day thinking maybe they would get rid of them or they would go away at night. Once we came back to our villa it was even worse, there were spider webs/spiders I ended up killing six but many of them were above our heads where I couldn’t reach and on the mosquito net where you sleep. Once we went to sleep sometime around 5: 00am the music/ singing from the mosque was blaring. The speaker must be really close to the villas. It went on for quite some time. In the morning the ants were back again and I was full of bites, I slept in long pants and a t-shirt knowing there were bugs. The A/C and shower also ended up turning off due to powering going out but sometimes that’s what happens so I’m not upset about that. My girlfriend and I decided to cut our stay at Breathe Villa short due to the cleanliness being terrible. Once we contact them via WhatsApp Hannah the other host decided to have a “chat” with us where she was very unhappy with us and told us to” stay where tourists go, and we don’t belong in the island that bugs will be there” she was extremely rude when we wanted to leave her villa a day early and wanted to stay somewhere else, when should should of apologized and tried to fix the cleanliness of the villa. I am definitely not someone who writes bad reviews or goes out of my way for reviews unless they are really good or really bad. Stay away from here because it is NOT CLEAN.

When going to bed we noticed the sheet above our heads was stained and each corner of the bed sheet had spider webs and spiders. The room had ants everywhere on the floor as well. When going to bed I noticed all these spiders I notified the host and he said they are done for the day and will clean it up tomorrow. I had to go to bed sleeping uncomfortable knowing there’s spiders above my head. I killed a few but they were fast. My boyfriend got bite from some spiders on his arm. The following day the water, WiFi and A/C wasn’t working, I’ve decided to cut my trip short by a day and leave, I talked to Hannah if she can give me a partial refund since I’m not staying at her Villa anymore her answer was, “No you’re in an island what do you expect, namaste” and I told her I still expect to go to bed with no spiders and clean sheets regardless if I’m in an island or not. Im not one to complain about the little things but this place had a lot of things that were not clean. Hannah the host also told me” I should go to Bali where all the tourists are, because I can’t handle the island” the only thing I really care about when coming to my villa is cold a/c a shower and it to be clean. I understand it’s an island but I do expect to come to bed with no spiders and insects in my own bed. This villa was an extreme disappointment and the host wasn’t apologizing at all.

This was a cozy villa and the experience was really nice. Adrian and Hannah are fantastic hosts. So kind and loving people.

Great new villa. They have free bikes for guests so this place rocks. Only down side is that the wifi is always crashing.
