Buddha Dive

This team is awesome! My husband and I completed our open water diving certification with them and we could not have been more pleased. My instructor Annie was great! I really struggled with equalizing and she was sooo patient with me and helped me successfully descend after extra practice and successfully complete the course! Further, the whole team is welcoming, passionate about diving and helping others enjoy diving and their whole experience as well!

Had my PADI open water course here and it was fantastic. The instructor Gabi is experienced, gave us confidence all the time and she also able to speak 4 languages fluently. Thanks

Really awful place! Reception staff were rude & aggressive. Unorganised and unsafe with no proper channel to report incidents, such as accidents or assaults on students. I would not recommend this business to anyone as it has no right to call itself one.

It was a real pleasure to dive with the Buddha team. The greatest adventure in my life. The first time, but not the last one for sure. PADI OWD done. Thanks Esteban- best instructor and amazing man!

This is the place to dive if you are on Gili T! Esteban and Gabby are the best instructors you will find. Esteban brought us on our first dive ever - a discover dive - and we were hooked! We continued to get certified and do our AA course with him as well. He is calm, friendly, very well informed and experienced. We felt very confident, safe and comfortable with him under the water and we were sad to have to leave!

Very good prices in compare with others companies 440 for licensed dive and 870 for first time diver, everything was well-organised. What I didn't like is that they don't tell you since the beginning that you will be charged extra if you come a bit later or you want to change date. Also I don't like that they changed dive point without letting us know

My partner and me decided to do the open water course with Gabi as our instructor.

We both tend to become nervous and anxious when learning something new, specially when it is so far of our comfort zone. But Gabi led us to gain confidence and to quickly enjoy the whole experience.

We cannot recommend them highly enough! They are a lovely & professional team, and we look forward to meet them next time we visit Gili Trawangan

I did my open water certification and loved it so much I went back for more dives. Anne, my instructor, was super patient even when I didn't seem to be getting the hang of some things. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable using the equipment. The dives were fantastic, with Anne taking the time to point out lots of interesting marine life despite strong currents at times. I will definitely be back as I didn't get to two of the dive sites.

We had an amazing experience with Esteban and Gabi, they have been the best diving instructors I had so far. Since minute one they focused on giving us the best experience possible before the diving and under the water. While other scuba diving companies at Gili Trawangan island had a fix price (way more expensive), that rises depending on tourism demand plus government taxes, Buddha divers keep the same price they started with. Their equipment has a very good quality conditions and the staff (Esteban and Gabi) are very well experienced instructors. I would highly recommend this diving center.

Did one fun dive with this center and was happy my choice, got Ricky as my guide, super chill & professional at the same time, made me feel home right away. The price for dives at this center is probably the cheapest I've seen on trawangan, definitely recommend.

I'm really happy with my choise. There are many dining centres in the island. Y been searching online and booked via WhatsApp.
The information and guides are really professional and I have no complaints at all. I recomend you this place.
Also, if you compare prices, it is one of the cheapest in the island.
On the other hand, Gili trawangan is one of the top 10 places for diving and snorkeling. It is full of turtles and is easy to find sharks, and snorkeling from the beach you can find more than 10 turtles in 1 h.
Definitely it is an amazing place
