We have bought driver plus boat from Lombok from Gili Air.after asking quite a few of his workers about the final destination, Gili Air. (apart from what was written on the reservation sheet) When we got off the boat we were in gili T.
Solutions? None, we have had to make a living and look for and pay for transportation to Gili Air ourselves.
This company only blames each other, whether it's the driver, or whoever sells the boat ticket, they have even told us that we were to blame too.
You have time to look for a more serious company, and not lose a whole day of your trip. In addition, you can save yourself the anger that they do not give you any solution to their mistakes and are not even able to accept them.
I don't give a lower rating because Google doesn't allow it.

To avoid as not trustable. We passed through this agency to renew our visa. They did not paid completely the local agent who was in charge of getting our passport therefore he did not want to give our passport back. From the subcontractors they told us that ut was not the first time he didn't pay them as agreed. Do not give business to them
