Car Rental Lombok

We rented a car for four days for a reasonable price. Car was old but still in good shape and well maintained. They also picked us up and dropped us off for no extra charge.
Surya was really friendly and helpful. Can only recommend renting a car here.

Walked up and rented a little car for a couple of days from these friendly guys.

I didn't need it until two days from then so they dropped it off at my hotel in the morning we agreed upon!

Then when I returned it they drove me back to the hotel. I appreciate that!

I should note that I told I was getting the car in the attached picture but they dropped off a different one that was rougher and a little beat up. I don't care - it's just transportation. I was given a reasonable price for my rental so there's nothing to make a fuss about.

We had a generally good experience with this company. Firstly, we contacted them through WhatsApp to rent a Suzuki Jimny, which they said was available. When we arrived at the port, we were informed that the Jimny wasn’t available but they gave us a different car (Toyota Avanza). They didn’t communicate that with us at all beforehand, if they did we could have decided what other car to use, instead of it being a surprise.
After we got the Avanza it was all fine, and they were very friendly and helpful, with no problems for the 4 days that we rented the car. They were also very accommodating in that we could pick up and drop off the car at Bangsal harbour, where we were getting the boat from.
Next time, please be clear and honest with what cars you have available!

We rented a car here for 2 days for €25 per day.

We received a different car than we ordered, which was a shame. However, a bigger downside was that we received a car where the tire was not okay. Fortunately, I saw that myself and prevented an accident. We had the tire replaced by a garage mechanic with the spare tire that was behind the car.

So always check before you go and take pictures!

-Received a discount of €5 after there were defects in the car
-They don't make a fuss about gasoline, etc. They are very flexible in everything. They do not check damage or petrol upon delivery.

We had a very good experience with the car hire! Everything worked out as promised and also the car was very new!

SCAMMERS! Do not trust this company. Hired a car off these guys with no problems whatsoever, until after we had returned the car at the airport. The guy picked it up in perfect condition and then we started to recieve calls and texts with a picture of a cracked windscreen trying to extort us for money. So disappointing.

Had planned on leaving a good review about this company having hired from them with no problems until they lied about there being damage to a car we returned to try and get money out of us. Save yourself the stress and hire from a company that doesn't try and scam their customers.

We rented a 6-seater Toyota Avanza for 14 days from this firm. It was a good car that served our purpose. The guys at Car Rental Lombok were helpful. They delivered the vehicle to Kuta and picked it up from the airport when we left. We had no problems so didn't have to contact them during the rental. Not everyone at the rental firm has a grasp pf English, so communication can be an issue. Even so, we would recommend them. We didn't have to test their insurance cover, I am glad to say, but insurance seems to be optional on many rental vehicles. Its availability from this firm influenced our selection of this rental option.
