My girlfriend and I climbed the Rinjani with Dedy and had an awesome time. Dedy is a great trekker who will help you every step of the way. He and his porter made sure we were well fed and hydrated with outstanding meals. Still not sure how they managed that on top of the volcano, but breakfast was delicious. 5/5 would recommend to everyone.
