D,praya Lombok Hotel

Very poor service and our room did not have a fridge for my medications that needed to be kept cold there restaurant was not open until we asked and then the menu was very poor they have Caffè latte on the menu but could not serve any kind of coffee all up Very Disappointed will not stay here next trip in 2025.

Hotel bagus, nyaman. Cuma air acnya netes, tapi responnya capat dari pengelola, walau tetep netes.

Food is nice, and runs out quickly
Very close to the airport and can send to the airport as well
Best room and aircon sometimes not cold
If you come back from climbing the heart, I'm afraid the elevator will break hahaha

I had to leave my hotel in the middle of the night because animals were running through my false ceiling. When I alerted the receptionist, he pretends that it's rats while laughing. Surprise 1, we don't share the same humor. Surprise 2, the only "solution" he finds to my problem is to start a rat hunt while I'm still in the room. I stop him, and he remains dumbfounded, not knowing what to do. I suggest that he change my room or drive me to the airport and receive a refund (because I will end up spending a good part of the night at the airport). This tralala lasts 1 hour, the time that the receptionist contacts all his "friends". Finally he offers me another room, but how can I put it…. After 1 hour waiting in the hotel lobby, I might as well drive me to the airport because I doubt I will be able to close my eyes for this end of the night (is it still necessary that the said room is not also inhabited). In short, I left without a room, without a refund or an answer to my email: a nameless lack of professionalism.

Staff.friendly.you do need cash for room service and restaurant as you can not put it on your hotel bill done all separately.very quite 5 minutes from the airport nothing around beds are very comfortable and the sheets and quilt are lovely

Hotelnya ok. Kolam renangnya keren. Kalo malem bisa santai2 di deket swimming pool. Pas ke sana sepi karena efek corona. Cuma air panas shower gak bener2 panas. Overall ok bwt stay.

Hotel ini dekat dengan airport praya zainuddin, hargany affordable dengan pelayanannya, staf ramah bgt apalagi pas minta dbawai mukena dan sajadah, sarapan enak dan oke, kamar bersih, ratingny jg baguss

The room is comfy, ac is cool and the tv is bogenough. But the breakfast seems ordinary and the pool water need to clean up, coz it is not quite clear. Front staff are 2 person but depend on 1 pc.

Have to say I was disappointed with my stay. First of we got a room that had not been cleaned. Lunch took a long time to prepare and was 4 x normal price, same for dinner and it got delivered to our room without any cutlery. Our shower handle fell off when using it. Last but not least there was no easy access to water refill. In a country where plastic pollution is such a big problem, easy steps like putting out a water tank can go a long way.

It’s not a bad hotel, but I was expecting better. If you’re looking for 1 night near the airport and don’t care if the food is overpriced it can still be a good fit. Offers free airport taxi witch is handy.

Rekomendasi banget untuk yang berlibur ke Lombok Tengah, dekat bandara, fasiltas komplit, hanya saja untuk menu sarapan monoton, itu itu saja, kurang variasi. 3 hari disana sama terus menunya

Hotel transit yang lokasinya cukup dekat dengan bandara Internasional Lombok. Penjemputan customer oleh pihak hotel bagus. Kolsm renang bersih. Sarapan busa pagi jam 5. Favorit food Ayam Taliwang.

Hotel nya tenang, bersih & rapi, servisnya memuaskan untuk kamarnya bersih banget rapi dan nyaman.sangat rekomendasi deh buat yg perjalanan jauh terus mau istirahat/bermalam sebelum menuju ke destinasi pantai atau tempat liburan kalian di Lombok dan juga yang akan balik ke Bandara.

Hotel ini adalah salah hotel yang terletak dekat dengan Bandara Internasional Lombok, kira-kira 1 km di sebelah barat. Selain untuk menginap hotel ini dapat juga digunakan untuk rapat, pertemuan dan kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya.

Hotel bersih kolam renang juga bersih. Sy tidak menginap disini hanya berenang dengan anak sy sj.

Everything was perfect, its just the aircond seems to be not working well, as it take much longer time to cool down.

Recommended bagi yang ingin transit di sekitaran Bandara Internasional Lombok. Harga terjangkau dgn fasilitas yg oke. Kamar bersih dan nyaman

Very comfy room, lovely staff, a nice pool and super convenient for the airport. I had a 7am flight and staff arranged a free transfer for me without any issues, even waiting a few minutes for me when I was running late. Good wifi and English TV channels.

The reason only 4 stars is the restaurant. Firstly please just write the price including service and tax, leaving the country I only had a few notes left and it's useful to know exactly what I can afford. Secondly the food is expensive and drink prices are nearly double what you'd pay anywhere else! I appreciate the convenience markup but I feel they know they're being cheeky hence not including tax and service in the displayed price so it doesn't look quite so ridiculous.

That said the waitress was lovely and the food was good.

This was a stop over from airport due to late arrival. Staff did their best but hotel does not look anything like the photos. It was run down and filthy. Would not refund us for our return night. Will not ever be back.

Hotel transit ini sebenarnya, jadi kalo utk family agak nanggung, karena agak jauh dari lokasi wisata lain, namun asyiknya ada kolam renangnya sih.dan pelayanan lumayan baik

Beautiful hotel. A bid run down, but stuff and services- great, and very nice. Breakfast- delicious. WE SPEND there ONLY ONE NIGHT but we do really enjoy it.
1. Swimming pool open 24h/ day
2. Airport (shuttle) if you need
3.relaxing music during the night.

4 stars, because- I had to change my sheets at the begining at 1 AM, someone just forgot;- (, otherwise-5 stars for this special hotel Praya and lovely stuff!

Good choice for an early flight. Rooms are fine, restaurant decent and the Wi-Fi not bad. 4 minutes from the airport.

Decent place to stay in with clean rooms and bathroom. 30 minutes from Mataram and Kuta. 5 minutes away from airport. No nearby shops to dine, so be prepared! Lifts weren't working either.

The location is really close to the airport and they provide free transfer. You just need to tell them what time you want to leave. Food is quite good with lots of options. The room itself is small and quite dirty. It’s a lot of dust here and there. You can feel it when you step on the floor or entering the bathroom. It smell really dusty. I found a huge lizard in the bathroom during my stay. The shower didn’t really work well. AC was working well. Personally, I am not really recommending this hotel for people to stay. Better find other hotel with better hygiene.
