Fastboat Jtrip Kuta Lombok-penida Bali

This is SCAM company. They sell you tickets and then on the day of the departure they say that there’s a problem with the boat and they cancelled last minute. It’s happened to me and other friends so be aware. NEVER book with them, they don’t have a license to operate.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.we buy two tickets from Bali to Kuta Lombok, and they cancel on the last minute, literal at the time of the departure (because we are just 3 people for the boat) they offer us one ticket free for the return for the inconvenience and surprise… they cancel the boat again 30 min before.

I really recommend this company for the sanur-Kuta mandalika trip by fast boat. They are very responsive, easy to reach on whatsapp and the boats are very comfortable.
