I am so grateful to Moa Kristiansen as she has given me so much confidence to do night diving and pursue my Advanced Open Water course. She is very attentive and make sure that I am always safe and explain the course to me very well. I am also extremely grateful to Flo and Angus who has taken away my anxieties and worries about diving as they are so nurturing and caring to go through my refresher course and fun dives before I gathered my faith in taking my Advanced course. They are always watching me and making sure that I am learning and understanding what I am doing, so they are my great instructors that I will never forget them. Super good experience. My partner and I did the Advance course at Gili Divers with our instructor Frank and with the help of Mauro! We have had a great experience, Frank is a professional from head to toe and a great person and Mauro is a real crack! We felt at home and safe at all times, we also got excited to see turtles and sharks, we also did a night dive that was beautiful, the diving environment was super beautiful with lots of life and coral! There is a very good vibe at school and it shows! Thank you so much for everything!

Good experiences with this diving school! First, the deer is positive. Secondly, the lessons are very good in terms of content and also fun! I have had 2 instructors but finished the course with Jacques. Very nice experiences, certainly puts you at ease, certainly helps you with everything, but also lets you investigate things yourself.

Did my open water certification from here. Had an amazing experience. My instructor was Frank and he taught me really well. The dive centre was well equipped and safety was always given due priority. One of the best experiences of my Indonesia trip. Would recommend 10/10.

I did my deep dive spec with Gili Divers and it was the most amazing time! Instructor Jacques (Jac for short) was super friendly, fun and most importantly keen on teaching us some very useful stuff. As a somewhat experienced diver I would 100% recommend Gili Divers and especially Jac!

I was there with a buddy for almost 2 weeks and it was absolutely great. Everyone is really kind and happy and it feels like a little family. The instructors are all great, the dives are very well organized and they try to do everything the way it works best for you, for example we were able to take the AOWD spontaneously in our last 2 days. I would definitely go again and can only recommend it to everyone:)

Gili Divers is the best dive center I’ve been to! They’re so professional and friendly and make you feel very safe in what you do, whether you’ve dived before or not.
I did my open water with Emil and Alex 3 years ago, right before the lockdowns started. I was definitely nervous before starting the course but they made it a really great experience.
I came back there a few days ago and hadn’t dived since 2020. I did a refresher course with jack and a few fun dives with Rashi and they were just as great!
I always recommend Gili Divers to those who’s considering diving on Gili. Such a good vibe with professional and fun staff. 5/5!

You can get lost on this island, but you definitely should find this place if you into diving. Great atmosphere, great coffee and great staff. I felt very safe even though it was one of my first diving experiences. Highly recommend

Went here for a few fundives but ended up staying for my Rescue and Divemaster course. Just couldn't leave the place! Super knowledgeable and fun instructors and just a great vibe overall.

With my cousin we arrived on the island with no plan initially…We found Gili Divers on our way and couldn’t resist of doing the Open Water Diver certificate.

It turned out to be the best idea ever.

We did our Advanced Adventurer certificate with Frank (Francisco). Everything went perfect! From a refresher session in the pool with James, to the 5 dives in different spots around the Gili Islands, to the equipment, guidance and pre-/post-briefings, it was a fantastic experience. The price is very fair, the quality of the center is excellent, the dive sights are good with regards to the marine life, unfortunately many dead corals.

Had such a blast here. Did my open water course with Rafa. He is so fun and patient. Also, Alli helped a lot and made me feel at ease. It's like a big family there, and they take you in. Had a great time.

We had a really good time with Gili Divers a few weeks ago. For me it was the first time diving in the ocean after doing my licence in a lake, so I was really excited. Leanne, our dive master took some time to explain everything to me so I felt safe. The first dive was sooooo amazing, so we ended up doing six dives. Every dive site was different and we saw many turtles. Thanks a lot to the whole team

I just got my open water certification here & it was better than I could have ever imagined. All of the staff here are experts! Our instructor, Emil, has logged over 1,000 dives and was an amazing, patient teacher. He took extra time took make sure we were comfortable and confident in the water. The amount of progress we made over just 3 days with him was incredible. I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend! I completed my open water certification and enjoyed every minute. My instructor Viki was excellent and extremely knowledgable, providing me with invaluable diving skills. Overall had a fantastic experience.

We came to do the Open Water and then stayed on to do the Advanced. Great student-instructor ratio and beautiful dives. Highly recommended!

Honestly the best time of my life. Two buddies and I stayed here for 4 day and got our scuba certs. Everyone there treats you like family. At first we were nervous but G quickly made us feel Comfortable underwear and gave us a new love for the sport. Highly recommend this place

I travelled virtually and admired this place. Acc.to references Gili Trawangan is the most popular of the 3 Gili islands (which are included in Nusa Tenggara Barat province). This island is also called party island. There are bars & cafes.

A truly fantastic experience. Completed “Open Water” course over three days and thought the sites, the course, and the instructors were brilliant. Everyone at the shop — instructors, dive masters, and the community of divers they’ve cultivated — are welcoming, enthusiastic, and friendly. Big shout out to Wolf (brilliant instructor) and Amanda. Immediately signed up to do “Advanced”!

I got my open water course here. Very friendly place and great vibes.all the guys are really professional and always ready to help you and support you to make great your experience. It was great to dive there! I really enjoyed my course and all the knowledge I got in 4 days! Special thanks to my instructor #Nicolaas who was very professional, knowledgeable, watchful and funny; I GOT MY NEW ADDICTION and I really hope to come back and dive there again. I originally came here to fun dive and see what the sites where like in the Gili Islands. The incredible atmosphere of the shop and the welcoming attitude of everyone in it, not to mention the beautiful dive sites, is why I chose to do my dive master training here.

My mentor Nick is an exceptional human being who helped me throughout my training and was always there with encouragement, advice, or just to sit down and have a laugh with. He made my training even better and I am beyond thankful for his help with everything.
Big shout out to every instructor and DM in the shop who was always there for me and made my time one I will never forget!

I will always recomend this shop to anyone coming to dive in the Gili Islands you will have an amazing time here and see some awesome sights!

I spent 3 days and did 6 fun dives and a night dive. I also stayed in their accomodation which was very clean, cold AC (important for a Canadian) and comfortable! There are about 25+ dive sites in the area, all within 5-20 mins boat ride, each one as breathtaking as the previous with 30+m visibility on most days.wish I had months to spend there. These guys are kind, genuine, down to earth, and highly skilled in what they do! They're not in it for the money, they love what they do and are passionate in sharing it with others. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to other dive shops. They also have great discount rates if you stay there longer and do multiple dives! The security guard at night, the hotel staff, the reception desk staff, the boat drivers, the management, the instructors, the divemasters. I have nothing but amazing things to say about all of them! I felt very safe and at home! Thank you again so much for the amazing time I had! I hope to come back again next year to do my divemaster training!

A MUST TO DIVE WITH THEM!

Did my SSI Open Waters with Instructor Berta and Advanced Open Waters with Instructor Emil. Both of them are great with loads of experience and attentive to our safety throughout all our dives! Every service crew was friendly and it was a breeze applying online through email correspondence with Jill (the manager). The Gili Hotel was in the diveshop itself and was at an affordable and discounted rate (if you dive with Gili Divers while staying with them)!

All in all, thanks to Gili Divers, me and my friend had a great time here!:)

These guys wanted me to pay for my nitrox tank AND the instructors tank also. Instructors tank same price as students. 150.000 x 2 for a single nitrox dive on top of the 540.000 dive price.

In response to the below reply: Other shops in the area do not charge nitrox like this. 5 star resorts in the area charge about 550.00 on average for a fun dive and 150.000 for nitrox. Standard prices I've found in many shops across Bali. This shop is the only one I've come across in any country that asked for me to pay for nitrox for the instructor.

Professional & fun team of dive instructors! I completed my SSI open water course with Felicia and even did a fun dive the following day. I always felt like I was in safe and in good hands during the dives. All the dive sites around here are alive and kicking! The reefs are colorful, full of fish, and most importantly full of giant green turtles.

I stayed at their hotel as well and it was super convenient although the facilities area dated and starting to show its age. There's also not enough water pressure to reach the 2nd floor when dive boats come back and everyone is in the shower.

We had such an amazing experience with Gili Divers. My mum and I did an intro dive will dive instructor Jill (also the manager) and loved it so much we went on to do the full open water course with dive instructor Emil who was brilliant! He was very professional and kept things fun and simple. We felt super safe and loved the whole experience - even the parts in the swimming pool! We also had Dive Master Maria taking care of us and she was amazing too. She was very calming and always so happy! All in all, we were so happy with our experience and the whole team we had to take care of us in and out of the water. They take safety very seriously and all the equipment is kept at very high standards. We couldn’t recommend Gili Divers more - we cannot wait to get back to do some fun dives and our advance course too!

Love this place! I did all my dive courses, open water all the way to divemaster, and could not of asked for more. Perfect blend of professionalism and fun. Laid back and super friendly people and also people from all over the world so langauges would not be a problem!

When I arrived on the island, I spent half a day walking around checking out all the different dive shops. I hadn't actually walked in to any of them because I was travelling alone for the first time and was really shy at the time. But then i came across Gili Divers. Immediately I was drawn in by the vibe of the shop! The front of the shop itself has a fun and relaxed atmosphere, with tables and beanbags and it's always full of people who looked really happy to be there. This dive shop and the people in it really got me hooked on diving again! After being certified as an open water diver in Thailand, I went 9 years without diving and finally did a refresher course in the Philippines just before coming to Gili. So I decided to do 1 fun dive. Next thing I know, I've done 8 dives, completed my Advanced Open Water Course and I returned a month and a half later to complete my Rescue Diver and Divemaster course! I come back to Gili regularly to see and dive with my Gili Divers family, because that's exactly what happens when you dive with these guys, you become part of the family. Everything about the dive shop is for me what I expect and like to see in one, the training facilities and equipment are great, it's a very organized shop but above all else, the staff make the place what it is. As a Divemaster Trainee you are assigned one instructor who will be your mentor throughout your course. But the truth is, everyone is your mentor. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and just the overall attitude in the shop is one that's really positive, especially when it comes to helping you to become a better, more aware and environmentally-conscious diver. All I can say is, go dive with Gili Divers and see for yourself!

I did my Rescue course and it was amazing! Learned a lot, became a more confident diver and had a great time while doing it! Enjoyed the vibe and the diveshop so much that decided to continue to do my Divemaster. The time of my life. Learned a ton, dived non stop, improved my SAC rate to one digit and made great friends! Was supposed to come to the island for 4 days, ended io staying for months. I even continued to do my tech diving course with Pablo. Awesome times! Would recommend it to anyone, any time!

Gili divers is the dive shop to go to while visiting Gili T! Everyone is helpuful and welcoming, theres people from all over the world, so you will certainly find your own language if needed
