Inlight Lombok Resort

Felt like a second home, so we came back three times.
First of all, the stuff is just heartwarming amazing. Every single person working in and for inlight! Driver, security, receptionist, waitor, manager and the owner max!
The AC rooms are designed with simple but stylish furniture, bathroom with hot water. Fresh drinking water also 24/7 available.
Beautiful views of Gerupuk bay, sunrises and sunsets right behind the hotel. Nice pool, sunbeds with towels also available.
The food (vegetarian and fish) is great! Every single meal was delicious. Same for the drinks. Food maybe a little bit more expensive then elsewhere in Lombok, but worth the money!
The helpful stuff will organize everything for you (boat to the waves, pick up service, laundry, scooter rent,).
Half of the hotel is not finished yet, but there are no cunstructions/no noises. It is a really quite paradise!

We are a family of 3 and stayed 5 nights in Inlight. The view is beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable and the highlight was definitely the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They’re so genuine and always happy to help with anything.
To reach the surf spots you can either arrange a boat with the hotel or get a scooter to town (5 minutes ride) and get a boat from there. We would definitely go back:)

Our expectations were massively exceeded! From the great staff, great food, great location and all our wishes were fulfilled by Maxim and his team. Services such as surfboard rental, boat shuttle, scooter rental were organized! Surfing in Gerupuk is still TOP, 5 spots can be reached by boat directly from the hotel!)
We had the best week of our 4 week trip with you and would love to come back!

Gorgeous and super quiet resort. In the morning from the rooms you can admire the sunrise and 5 minutes away there is a spot to see the truly crazy sunset. The food and the service are really good and the owner Maxime takes care of everything in the details and will provide you with all the information you need to spend a wonderful day!

I went there to eat at their restaurant after doing some trips around the bay. Access road is not an easy one to find. I thought I was lost when the map brought me to the rocky small road up to the hill. When arrived at the gate, I thought it wasn't operational because there is a building that looks quite abandoned at the entrance. But once entering the restaurant, we are stunned by the view. It was just magical. The bagel and ravioli were so so, could be better, so I think the menu is overpriced compared to what we got. I didn't go down to the pool, but the view from the restaurant is mesmerizing enough to enjoy, especially at noon.

Very nice place and vibe. Maxim has the best surfing recomendations. They can help organize boats.

We only went to the restaurant. You can even visit it if you are not staying at the hotel. The menu looks a bit weird and cheap but the food is even better and very delicious

The staff and owner were gracious and helpful. The food was also fantastic, but the cost per night was unjustifiably high and we found many issues outweighing the positives of this place. The resort is far from the village of Gerupuk on a steep, dangerous road, that makes for good scenery but travel very difficult by scooter. It was listed as a surf and yoga eco-resort, yet when we arrived, we were told that there was no yoga.but we could arrange for an instructor to drive out for an additional fee. It is also not advertised that all surfing from the resort is by boat access only. This would be fine except that they charge 200,000 IDR per trip while the going rate is an average of 150,000 IDR for boat hire, along with forbidding us from going through anyone else charging a fair rate. They don’t serve any alcohol and simply offered that we rent a scooter and drive to the store (at the bottom of the inaccessibly steep and jagged hill.) They offer transport, but charged us 250,000 IDR to drive to Kuta (20-30 min away) while a fair price for airport transport (significantly further) in the region is 150,000 IDR. The WiFi doesn’t reach any of the rooms. It felt like we were tricked into booking here with promises of amenities and included activities which didn’t exist in addition to being gouged by any and every additional service fee. The architecture is beautiful, but the place isn’t well kept and is clearly falling apart/isn’t even finished being built yet. The lights were hanging out of the walls, the sidewalks were chipped. For the price you’re paying you should be receiving way more than what Inlight can offer. Avoid this property and stay closer to Kuta, there are homestays that offer MORE for a VERY small fraction of the cost. It’s a tourist trap.

Gileee jalannya ngerik. Tidak sesuai ekspktasi, kirain ga jauh dari pusat kota, tapi ternyata jauh banget. Jalannya curam, sepi pula seeprtinya rawan. Tapi keliatannya bagus sih d foto walaupun ga sampai tujuan karena ragu dengan kondisi jalan dan keadaannya.

Beware of misleading reviews and photos, this place is not as it seems! After struggling to find our way there (no signs or markings, treacherous dirt path with steep hills, not scooter friendly!) we discovered that the room we had booked and paid for was not available and a "program issue with the computers" had double-booked their last room.on our honeymoon!
Two stars for the gorgeous views, but the 20 minutes we spent there trying to sort out the booking issue was enough to see the true state of things at this hotel. Workers appear to live in shacks around the property on the hill, lights are missing and wiring hangs from the pool walls, no pool furniture anywhere, it's in need of work. Nice architecture for sure, but everything else is lacking.
The owner, Maxim, lives in Russia, and if you look closely at the reviews and reviewer's profiles, you begin to see where all the 5-star reviews are coming from. As frustrating as it was to scramble and find alternative accommodations, I feel confident that we dodged a bullet with this place. Just my opinion, we didn't see inside rooms or stay a night here, but the experience we did have was unsatisfactory and did not meet expectations based on Google property photos and reviews.

This is perfect place to stay. Beautiful owners. Wild wild beach. Perfect view and calm vibes. We stayed there for 3 nights. Got tasty food, service and specially tried two surfing spots. Recommended for love story journey ️

Calm atmosphere, friendly staff, fantastic ocean and surf spots view, empty beach, sound of the ocean and atmospheric breakfasts. The best place In Lombok. Love it, miss it.
