Be very careful, they lie on the time. He said i would take the early boat in the morning and arrive at 1pm in kuta, now they made me take an afternoon boat that would arrive hours later. Manager very unhelpful and doesnt care, says "that's how it is". People at bangsal at the port said they booked for the wrong boat and lied when they said i would take the morning boat. You may miss your flight if you use them and they wont care at all and hang up. Use at your own risk
