Lombok Reisen Tour Travel

FRAUD! They stole $371 USD from us. Did not complete our booking, but took our money and then disappeared. Absolute fraud. DO NOT USE!

Any good review they have is just one of the employees. We tried to call every number they have and never got through to anyone after paying. We also went to their main office listed on their website and in their emails and the office does not exist. This is pure fraud. DO NOT USE.

Booked tickets online to take their fast boat from Lombok to Gili T. The website was very user friendly and it seemed legit. It was pretty expensive but we were willing to pay extra in order to have our tickets booked in advance. It said the boat left from mentigi bay but it didn’t have an exact address or anything so the morning of I called them to see where exactly we need to go. The man on the phone said to go to Bangsal harbor and we will see them. So we took a taxi there and looked around for anything that said “Lombok Reisen”. After not being able to find anything, we asked a guy if he knew where the Lombok reisen stand was. He chatted with his friends for a bit and then took us down the way to a stand that had a completely different name. They tried to get us to buy new tickets and after we showed them our tickets and said we already paid they took us to another stand who told us that they are the same company as Lombok reisen and that there is not a boat that goes to gili t, only to Bali. We were very upset at this point because if that’s the case then why do our tickets that we paid 50 bucks for say the boat goes to gili t. We left the stand and were followed for almost 15 minutes by these same people. They wouldn’t leave us the heck alone! We ended up having to find a whole new company and buy tickets again. Also wanted to add that on the tickets there was a number to call and it said that if you have issues checking in to call that number. We called the number at least 5 times and no one answered. Only time they answered was in the morning when they gave us the wrong information.

I bought a ticket from this site, showed up to the Padang Bai port, and was told this company didnt schedule my trip. They further said THIS COMPANY OFTEN DOES THIS TO PEOPLE. None of their phone numbers work, and I was forced to pay twice. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN BY THEIVES

We paid in advance online for the fast boat from Bali to the Gillies and Lombok. When we arrived at the docks, there was no space reserved on the boat for us. We tried calling the company but no one answered. The fast boat crew then informed us that “Lombok Reisen” is a shady company that they can’t trust! They stole our money and left us out to dry with no ride and no way to get a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We payed for a picked up from our hotel but it never came. Given phone numbers on the tickets and in emails weren't working (or only a automatic message in Indonesian followed by ending the connection). The website doesn't give the information where the boats leave so it was hard to find out where the taxi could take us. A new level of amateurism.

Boat at Gili Meno was not in the harbour according our reservation. It arrived one hour late after making several phonecalls. No excuse at all from Lombok Reisen.next time we take a local owners boat. We missed our rental car, due to the delay.

Pelayanan dari travel ini bagus, dan ketika ramai pengunjung hingga ribuan, wajar jika ada 1 atau 2 tamu yang bermasalah dan dia complaint, itupun karena pembayaran mereka yang dipending oleh paypal, jadi tidak sampai ke pihak pemilik travel, dan diminta mengulang pembayaran, dan ketika pembayaran masuk 2 kali, maka di refund oleh pemilik travel.

Jadi secara keseluruhan sudah bagus

Travel ini sangat bagus jika mau wisata ke lombok, apalagi dari bali bisa menggunakan fast boat yang mereka sediakan juga, jadi bisa sepaket
