Really very disappointing. Too expensive compared to the services. Photos sell dreams. The establishment claims to be a hotel and there is no service (cleaning and bed not made) the bathroom area visited by rats. Very nice swimming pool area with cloudy water

Absolutely hated it! DON'T GO THERE
Food is disgusting, coffee tastes watery, rooms are not being cleaned, and bathrooms are unsanitary.
Frequent power shortages (no aircon, no internet, no pump for showers) are common and the staff does not use their power generator.
Mosque is next door so light sleepers will wake up in the night
The owner is an absolute disgrace, tries to argue every point, no empathy to customers.and he charges same prices as hotels next door which are much better - no customer service whatsoever!

We booked to stay here as this was the only available accomodation in Ekas. We booked for 5 nights but had to leave after 3.
The Indonesian owner was super lovely and so were the other local workers. However, the French guy is an absolute problem. He blew up in hysterics when we stated the shower literally dribbles water, the mosquito problem in the room is horrible (the mosquito net in the room had so many holes in it), the pool was disgusting and they blasted music all night, not the place to stay if you’re trying to relax. This is more a place for old washed up white men having their second mid-life crisis. I did not feel safe here as a woman, the French guy was a slimy character.
I honestly feel sorry for the Indonesian owner who has to deal with that pathetic excuse of a human. I would give the place 4 stars if it wasn’t for him. I have read all the other comments which have given this place 1 star, and suggest you do too to see how he treats the customers. Disgusting hospitality on his behalf.

AMAZING STAY! Everything about this place is great - phenomenal view and sunsets, great rooms, fantastic service from both staff and owners, delicious food! Max and his wife even help you organise trips.
The hotel is only 10 min away to the surf spot (even have boats that can take you) and 20 min to the kitesurfing spot.
Highly recommend and cannot wait to come back

Remote place for sunset lovers. Run by a friendly Italian owner whom you can ask for anything and he will help you out and give some trip advice. Great service, good food and amazing location.

Cottages terbaik dan mengesankan, lokasi yg strategis, pelayanan sgt memuaskan, selalu rindu u kembali kesini.very recomended

We stayed there two nights and I slept very bad because the mattress is so uncomfortable. There are many mosquitoes, my baby got bitten a lot

Had such a great time at the panorama, the owners max and noy make sure every single guest feels welcome and are such a lovely couple, apart from that they serve delicious food, have alot of tipps for the area around, the pool is huge and at night noy‘s singing fills the hotel with a great ambience! Amazing place and can only highly recommend!
