Staff were all lovely made us feel very welcome. Rooms were standard. Great value for the price. Location is only a short walk to main kuta. Would recommend and certainly stay here again

This is the worst hotel ever. The staff was not nice and made me really oncomfortabel. The rooms smelt and I didn’t get an arco, but I booked for it.

Super cute homestay for the price. Cheaper than staying in a hostel with a free breakfast every morning. The family are super helpful and genuine. Always up for a chat. Helped me organize my visa renewal and a bus to bangsal pier. Also have scooters for rent. I ended up staying there for 2 weeks and would happily go back. Nice way to meet other people aswell as everyone has a balcony

Very friendly! They picked us up in Lembar after we arrived in Lombok by ferry from Padangbai. We found arranging a taxi at this place too exciting because of scam stories (no idea if the stories are still true). We settled for 350k. Breakfast was delicious, choice between an omelette with toast or a pancake with banana. Extra water or tea was possible. Rented a scooter, didn't have to hand over our passport. And laundry done for 10k per kilo. Price quality is great! Room was fine for what you paid, we could even change rooms! Wifi was not great. Overall very satisfied

The best homestay in Lombok. Comfortable clean rooms at a great price. The family that runs it is the best. Everybody is helpful and acomodating. Big thank you to mom and Ihsan. They also have the best price to rent a scooter.

Perfect budget homestay.
Run by a lovely family, super helpful and understanding. They also help out with laundry and bike renting. The room is simple but decent. Private toilet, comfortable bed, and a fan. Besides, super close to the main street with restaurant, but in a quieter smaller street with no noise.
Great for backpacker, good deal for money

A lovely homestay near many restaurants and the beach. The family are very sweet, excellent customer service and they seem happy to help.
The beds were comfortable, the wifi good and the showers were ok.
A delicious breakfast included in the price.

Liked our stay in here. Great location only 15mins on foot to Kuta Mandalika beach 130K per night with AC which is a great bargain, with hot water and breakfast. They have cheaper room with fan but the rooms looks like an old buildings (ac rooms are new building with hammock on each room yard). The owner provide with tours, laundry and airport transport and bike rental (for 50K per day) the only downsize for this homestay is if you want to rent their bike, they will ask you to put the bike inside their office and it seem to me, (if rent the bike the day after) when they give the same bike it seems to me they took your gasoline. I know this because for 10days i rented the bike and my gasoline seem reduced from 2bars into 1 bar the next day. But other than that i would def come again for the price and quality of the room

Family run guesthouse bungalows off the main road with a lovely host.

Upsides:
+ Gita, the girl who speaks English and does most of the work & customer service is great. She is super nice, welcoming and a fantastic host.
+ The WiFi was great when I was here. I really needed somewhere to work and take calls early hours of the morning and my bungalow was right next to the connection and handled them really well.

+ Nice family feel to the bungalow, breakfast was great, omelette with toast or pancakes.
+ Free water refill and tea/coffee.
+ 50,000 to rent a scooter per day
+ Not too far from the main road with shops and cafés. Also a nice café around the corner.
+ Hammock on the porch and seating which is nice
+ Given an extra sheet when I asked and they cleaned my room when I asked.
+ Room fan worked well for me.

Most of all, the customer service and vibe of the place I really liked. If you're not used to bungalows and flies/bugs then maybe it's not for you but for me this place was really chilled and nice.

Downsides:
- Ants in the bathroom and they migrated their way to the sink in the room one evening so around a hundred or so moved, which looked terrible while it occurred but they were done after a couple of hours and it was clean again after.
- A little dated and old style bedding with dirt under the beds but not a huge issue unless you're a clean freak.

Tip: Transfer to Bangsal port cost me 80k when negotiating for a shuttle. Most charge 100k or more, see if you can get down to 80/90k.

This place is great! We stayed here for five nights, it's a great place in Kuta Lombok. Gita was wonderful, absolutely adorable and very helpful with anything we asked for; scooter, airport transportation, laundry (cheap!) etc. The breakfast was delicious! We tried the omelette and the pancakes and they were both very tasty and filling. The coffee is also great! The facilities are basic, especially the shower. But it all works fine and the value is excellent. And the location is great, quiet area but very close to walk into town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
