The views were so beautiful. The trekking was tough, but really worth it (and a personal achievement)! The guide and the porters were amazing and cooked delicious meals, always on time.
Great trekking company. Porters picked a great spot on the mountain, food was nice, the sleepingmats and bags were nice quality. The guide stayed close tje whole time, was supportive and flexible.
Amazing experience! We chose 2 nights and 3 days for the trek. It was tough, especially the second day, but definitely worth it! We had very good guides and 'porters' who spoiled us during the trip with good food and good places to sleep. Recommended!

We engaged Syam Trekker for our 3d2n trip to climb Rinjani, and their service was absolutely amazing. Syam is the best bossman who planned and organized for our trip. There were a total 7 of us, and we had 2 guides - Rob and Jan. They were very kind and helpful to all of us, and ensured that we were at their watch at every step of the climb. They were very friendly and funny too! No communication breakdown because they can both converse in English so well and even crack jokes with us Our tummies were very well fed with the 7 porters cooking delicious food for us every meal, from serving us drinks and tea to keep us warm, to fruits and delicious hamburger and spaghetti (many more but these 2 were my favorite) All in all, Syam Trekker is definitely the best agency to go to if you’re looking to find one for your trip to climb Rinjani
I just finished my 2day, 1 night trek to the rinjani summit with syamtrekker and it was unforgettable!
To start, the pick up and transfer after the hike were taken care off. The driver picked me up at denpasar airport, where he was waiting for me. After my hike they also dropped me of at my hotel in kuta lombok.
During the hike everything was taken care of! The guide, hawing, was very helpful and kind as well as the porters (ira). They were very thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed! We received amazing lunches and diner and could ask for a snack whenever we wanted. And talking about the food, all of it was honestly so amazing! Best curry and fried vegetables In every ways I would definitely recommend syamtrekker to do mount rinjani! An experience I will never forget and the experience got only way better because of the perfect organisation by syamtrekker! I can only say thank you to the entire team!

We did the 2d1n trekking from senaru last week and we really enjoyed it! It was a tough trip but it was worth it. Our guide Rob was a really kind and funny guy who took good care of us. Of course I also have to mention that the porters did a great job, carrying all of our tents etc and preparing some very extensive meals. What we noticed was that it was not very busy on the mountain while we were there. We were told that this was still the consequence of the earthquake last year. In my opinion there’s no reason to be hesitant about going. The views from the craterrim are magnificent and for us 2 days was more than enough (we are pretty fit people in our 20s-30s and it was a challenge for us every now and then). I would definitely recommend this trekkingcompany, they are very professional, kind and well equiped! Couldn’t have asked for more.
We highly recommend you to book your trekking here! Symtrekker is a professional organisation with excellent service. We had the 2 day - 1 night private tour. At your day of arrival you get a short briefing of the trekking and you stay at a small basic cottage (diner included). The owner Syam is a very friendly guy.
The trekking included 1 guide and 2 carriers for e.g. The food and sleeping material (its impressive how they carry so many weight during the trekking on their Flip-flops!). The guide Ahyar and the carriers were absolutely great and we really felt like we were treated as kings during the trekking. They were a good team in preparing nice food, building our basecamp and mostly making sure that the only thing we had to worry about was the trekking itself ;-).
