The Beach Club Gili Air Scallywags Resort

Lovely room with air con near the beach, great views of Lombok and sunbeds all day, but very much left to do your own thing by the team there - saying that the guys on the bar were superb. Would definitely stay here again for a relaxed escape

The music and location at this restaurant were great. Unfortunately one of our dishes was missing a key part of the dish and when we asked them about it they essentially blew us off until we asked if we could have something added to it. Don’t serve a hummus plate without the hummus.

Just awful. Expected so much from the dishes but were boring. Firstly, marinade from garlic and oil does not need to be in every bloody dish, some ppl do not like garlic. Secondly if you want to marinade something do it over night and not pour it over the bbq food after baking. Its poor manners and poor understanding of food. Finally, staff is clumsy and wants to up sell but do it very poorly. Go to mowies or mama pizza. Much better choice of food, better taste and quality of food. Overall its not too pricey for western standards but not worth a dime.

Always good food.from the menu or the BBQ. Hteat wine and cocktail selection too. On the best beach on Gili Air.est beach and reef in Gili Air.

The wood-fired marvel here that's the margherita pizza is such a relief after ploughing through several local meals. A pity you only get to eat it if you go on a diving/snorkelling trip.

Had the beef pie and the ribeye. Both were excellent. They have excellent mashed potatoes. I would eat here again definitely.

I just went here for food, which was great. What's disappointing is that I wanted to use a bed to relax after, get a drink etc.like you would everywhere else on the island. But this place wanted to charge me 37000 IDR.which is a joke really. It's a good way to lose customers, especially as it wasn't busy. Well it's there loss and another businesses gain. ‍️

It's a nice resort, but too expensive for what it is. The bungalows are pretty and clean, but quite small. The food is okay, but again too pricey for what it is, you pay for the view on the sea, which is probably worth it. Service is super kind as always in Indonesia. The beach is great and only a few steps away.

Great for morning to mid afternoon tanning sessions (then the sun is on the other side of the island). The beds are confortable and service is good.

Best location in the universe, lively beachfront restaurant and nice rooms. Don't just stay here -move here. Seriously.

We stayed at the scallywag's smugglers resort on the island, and spent our days at the beach club. Very nice location, and an amazing diving school with great staff, super fun to dive with!

Felt more like a wallet than a customer: pay 50k for a bed, which i did as i expected a good service and experience. When i ordered a latte with scoop of ice instead of cappucino with scoop of ice i was suprised i was charged more, when waiters changed shift i had to pay the bill and before 4 o'clock they started taking away the beds around us. Did not feel like a relaxing experience.

Staff show little to no interest in serving, it's as if you have to attract their attention while they are on their phones.
Given someone else's bill and the food was very ordinary.
