Xanadu Surf & Yoga Village

Xanadu was truly an amazing experience and even though the surf was small, we had the best time. We went away as a group of 4 surfers and couldn't recommend Xanadu more, they really were amazing.
Gigi was there every day to help with any questions, queries, scooter higher and any other things that may have popped up.
Helena helped us on surf trips, with any evening queries, like organising a driver and anything we threw her way.
Kayan was an epic surf coach and was SUPER helpful with the surf theory session, it was extremely useful and he takes unreal photos!
Adi, Musta, Daffa & Rizzy were the absolute legends, out in the surf with us every day pushing people on waves, yelling out "Go left" or "Go right" - they just knew the waves so well and were truly such a fun group of guys, they really made the trip so much fun.

Also to our super Zen yoga instructor Alvin, he was an absolute legend and we looked forward to his daily yoga sessions. He also took the sunset meditation and you will honestly want to record his voice, he's awesome!
The ladies who made us daily breakfast and anything between, were so sweet and would be available at anytime to help.

The whole team at Xanadu, were all truly amazing to spend the week with and I know our group had the most amazing time. We hope to be back one day and we know where we'll be staying!

Such an amazing week with Xanadu! Lovely staff, coaches with super epic vibes (thanks Amir, Duggy, Doyo and Saban), incredible yoga teacher Alvin, awesome and homely accommodation with the most beautiful pool. Location is so great, it’s tucked behind the Main road so it’s very peaceful but still close to everything. Highly recommend Xanadu and probably will be back again one day

Staying at Xanadu village was honestly one of the best weeks of my life -
Firstly the food - breakfast was an absolute treat every morning and was beautifully presented coudos to the girls in the kitchen Dinner was also always a hit with so many awesome restaurants in walking distance and plenty of recommendations from Andy.
Secondly, surfing - the itinerary was perfect I actually felt comfortable on a surfboard by the end of the week thanks to Duggy, Doyo Amir and Saban who are absolute legends. And cheers to kayan for the theory that made it all make sense
Lastly the yoga - Alvin runs possibly the best yoga every lesson was tailored perfectly to our tired little arms and left me feeling so dang zen.
The village has such a chill vibe and literally everyone involved made the stay so memorable especially Andy and Gigi who where always there to make you feel at home - I think I'm not the only one who wanted to move in and never leave

I stayed at Xanadu a few weeks ago and honestly left with zero complaints, except that we actually had to leave! We had the best week ever - we were 2 friends from Australia who booked a shared room together.

We were welcomed by one of the local managers, Gigi, who settled us in and explained the week ahead. Andy and surf trainer Kayan were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the week. Andy was always available to give advice and organise anything we needed, including rides, massages, and restaurants. She had lots of good tips on where to go and things to do, and made our stay all that more fun and comfortable. She was amazing!
Kayan was able to tailor his surf training to everyone's individual needs and was very knowledgeable and my surfing on the longboard definitely improved with his help.

The food was incredible! Staff were very accommodating to changes in schedules and special requests. The rooms and accommodation itself was great.

Our surf guides were helpful and my surfing improved SO much throughout the week. Special thanks to Riz, Dojo, Restu, Gong and Adi for being so great.

The yoga was very beneficial throughout the week, and Alvin did a great job to tailor his sessions around surfing and recovery. We even added on an ice bath immersion workshop which was unreal. His meditation evening helped us Zen out in chaotic Kuta Lombok.

I would definitely recommend Xanadu to friends and can't wait to come back again.

I had an amazing time at Xanadu! I went solo trip there and it was the best decision ever. I got to meet a lot of new people and even went on a hill for sunset together. The place is cozy, really big and comfy bed. Very near to the center point of Kuta, you can get anything nearby. They have the best breakfast ever! From fresh fruit and juices, Shakshuka, pineapple pancake or even Indomie!:) They even ask you, what you want for breakfast. Ola and Daniella are also very very friendly and helpful. Daniella helped me to rent a scooter and gave me restaurants and beach recommendation. This place give you a homey feeling that is rare to find elsewhere. I'll definitely will come back here for longer time anytime i visit Indonesia again!

This place is great. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is amazing (even if you have 1000 allergies) and the surf is good. I learned a lot. The staff is extremely friendly, optimistic and helpful if you need them.

Better than Bali ;)

A perfect oasis hidden in central Kuta Lombok! Friendly staff that’s always helping out no matter what! Rooms are well kept and feels like home. Comfortable bed, desk to work from and hot shower. Can’t wait to come back to Xanadu.

A beautiful place to disconnect and re-connect with yourself. You wait all day to go surfing with your friends and enjoy an amazing breakfast after it haha. It has a unique vibe which is hard to find elsewhere. You feel at home again, and that's why everyone comes back and I'll come back too.ps: order always Shakshuka for breakfast, you won't regret it!

Very tidy and clean place to enjoy any time of the day. AC is good.
Breakfast is very good. Pool is enjoyable and i really like the rooftop hanging out place for a nice evening drink or chatting with friends. Showers could use a bit more pressure and WiFi should be worked on and improved. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was lovely and spacious, good internet speed, nice ambiance. You can use their kitchen whenever you want (don’t forget to wash it after).

Xanadu is super comfy, quiet and beautifully designed place in great location. You can not find more friendly hosts on the island!

Such a wonderful place. The vibe is super chilled and Dani the manager will make sure you have a fantastic time in Lombok! If you are looking for a cozy atmosphere with awesome people, you should book that place!

10/10 in every way. My friend and I loved everything about our stay at Xanadu. The surf instructors are brilliant and all the staff are delightful. Ola and Dani were the most welcoming hosts. Breakfasts are delicious, rooms are peaceful and very nicely styled, and all the restaurants in Kuta are walking distance away. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to return! Thank you Xanadu.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Xanadu on a couple of occasions now:). The place is wonderful!

I myself, am secretly a man of luxury, so it’s all the details within that keep me coming back. Beds are super comfy, everything smells great, breakfast is great, it’s all super clean, everything works and everything you ever need is right there. And the bed sheets.well, what can I say, they are absolutely sensational, some crazy thread count right there!

Ola herself is an amazing host, super nice and helped us to sort everything from scooters, to assisting me with fixing my surf board bag etc.

I look forward to coming back in the future‍️️

Xanadu was such an amazing experience that I ended up staying 3 extra days, having one of the best vacations ever. The living conditions were on point: comfy room, yummy breakfast (they’ve got options for any diet), and absolutely lovely staff. But the best part was the surf. Mostly had two daily sessions, and the guys made sure to make it doable and fun. They’ve been driving us to all the nicest spots based on daily conditions and were even carrying extra boards in case the waves were too small/difficult for a short board. As for the coaching, Aret is beyond compare. He pointed on my mistakes and struggles (which my Bali coach has never even mentioned) and gave a bunch of essential tips on how to improve my performance. He also made me feel safe and confident when taking bigger waves at Mawi and during a monster-wave day at Tanjung Aan. Definitely feel a lot more motivated to work on my surf skills further and grateful for these rocking 10 days.

This amazing place! It's like an oasis in an unexpected area. The room, the breakfast, and the employees, everything has been thought out in great detail. Daniela helped us in all matters, regardless of the hour, very helpful for us who do not know the area. Patient and understanding surf instructors were very important with us as I and my partner are just starting to learn surfing. And XANADU is amazing about it! It is obvious where we will stay in our next Lombok visit! Thank you so much for everything!

Whether you surf or not, this is a great place to stay! Lovely atmosphere, location, and staff. Also super supportive and great surfing vibe. We had a lovely time hanging out with Ola and Daniella (who run the place) and had lots of fun with our surfing lessons. Great value for money. And the breakfast is AMAZING.we loved Scramble my sample and the pancakes I can’t wait to go back!
