Starbucks

Worst service ever. Served by a cashier/barista named Welda. No smile, she only point out to the display when I asked about new menu recommendation and no whipped cream on my sister frappuccino (neither she asked if we want it or not). My dolce latte taste good, but the cashier service way too bad and the area's too dirty that I couldn't give more than 2 stars. First and last visit. I'd recommend other starbucks in the city, but definitely not this one.

Minuman favorit Caramel Java Chip dan makan kue coklat. Posisinya tepat di tengah, jadi bisa nonton live music, kalau lagi ada acara music disana. Tapi tempatnya kurang besar.

I like the place, cozy and medium space available for hang out, paid parking area within the mall, anything else (service etc) are not different compare to other outlet at Pekanbaru.

Biasa aja. Tempat nya kecil, ribet klo karyawan pas masukin barang dgn trolley, kita suka di suruh berdiri minggir, kadang uda duduk disuruhnya bolak balik berdiri. Harusnya klo mau masuk2in barang jgn pas rame pengunjung kyk sabtu atau minggu. Krn sangat annoying bgt. Bolak balik suruh berdiri n minggir. Ganggu kenyamanan bgt deh!

We don't need to ask about the taste of the beverages. This is Starbucks that we're talking about. But it was a lil bit disappointing when I was in and the table was quite messy. I've've already ask twice for them to clean the table but it seemed like no body cared until I had to do it by myself. But it just happened once. In another day, the barista was just so nice that he gave me one extra Signature Chocolate in small mug.

Selama berkunjung ke Starbucks dimanapun saya selalu merasa "rumah" tetapi kali ini di Starbucks Living World Pekanbaru malah merasa sangat kecewa sekali. Dikarenakan ramai saya sangat memaklumi kalau pelayanan akan lambat, saya sudah minta tolong meja dibersihkan tetapi karena tidak ada respon makanya dibersihkan oleh istri saya. Staff yang bersangkutan ini sepertinya tidak tanggap situasi di sekelilingnya, sesaat dia keluar sembari membawa handphone seperti mencari signal keliatan buru-buru sekali. Pada waktu masuk, saya panggil beberapa x dgn suara yang lumayan keras ternyata tidak ada gubrisan.sampai tetangga tempat duduk saya bercelutuk "kayak tuli". Tidak pernah menulis yang tidak berkenan hanya saja tidak mau tempat yang menjadi favorit saya menjadi kurang menyenangkan.

This is my fave Starbucks store in town and my regular weekend stop. Cozy and nice ambiance. Very clean and well kept.

This store provides a nice break from all the shopping one can possibly do on Mall SKA. You can also do some pretty awesome people-watching if you sit on the sofa headed to the glass window.

Super crowded on the weekend but still, staff were consistently friendly. The baristas here are always so nice.

I wish they put Acai Yogurt Berry as the regular beverages menu. Surprisingly it’s good!
