Great place with great service! Perfect for backpackers. We could have stayed longer in this little paradise

We spent 2 nights there. Alright! Good breakfast, lovely staff, clean. In short, everything you expect after a long journey! We could have stayed there a few more days

Tempat ini sangat adem. Seperti dipegunungan. Jauh dari keramaian kota. Sangat nyaman untuk keluarga saya

Tempatx tenang. Pagi hari ramai suara merdu burung². Saat makan pagi, kita dapat menikmati sinar matahari, view pegununganx, serta bunga² teratai yg cantik d kolam. Sarapannya ada nas gor n naskun, tapi rasax enak. Harga kamar sangat terjangkau.

Lovely and super quiet. Just one shy rooster instead of the usual dozen of them.
Breakfast is nice and the common area comfortable yet authentic.

A bit expensive, we payed 260k per night for a double ensuite with no AC

Staff speaks basic English or nothing at all but they really do all they can to help and understand your needs so it's good to make the effort to learn a bit of indonesian in return

Floor in the bedroom wasn't really clean, quite greasy. We've found mouse excrement on the floor but this is kind of acceptable given the location in the country side and by the lake. Just be aware of it. It's nature.

Consider adding a door or extra curtain to separate toilet from bedroom.

A bit far from everything so you need a scooter to move around which you can rent at the cottage. We rented the scooter for 80k per day which is not cheap.

Possible to contact them by WhatsApp to book a room and arrange a pick up when leaving the bus at 25k/pers. Good stopover between Rantepao and Ampana.
On the other hand, if you want to reach Ampana via public transport, leave very early (before 7am). The hotel taxi booked us transport to Poso at 50k/pers at 8 a.m. And we arrived much too late in Poso to be able to go to Ampana by public transport (150k/pers) (departure a priori at 9 a.m. Then 4 p.m. There are enough people). In our case, we had to pay 500k because there was no one leaving in the afternoon.
Also, from 3 people as much book a car directly tentena-ampana (900k) via the hotel. They even offer to leave at 3am to take the boat without sleeping in Ampana.

I tolerated because covid-19, it’s really tranquilo. Even the staff no there when I visited. But the rooms is clean especially in the rooms with private bathroom. The cheap one is the rooms with sharing bathroom.

Very clean and accommodating for late check-ins. Cottages are small but comfortable.hot shower also nice. The location is good, but the loud karaoke is too much. Are the speakers right next to the cottage? Anyway, it was too loud and l couldn't sleep. Very disappointing as it is a lovely place.

Konsepnya klasik. Tempatnya sejuk, tenang, karena agak masuk gang. Untuk kamar dgn fasilitas lengkap tersedia air panas di kamar mandi, coffee maker, TV LED, dan tempat tidur dengan konsep kelambu yang unik. View depannya langsung menghadap ke Danau Poso dan pusat kota Tentena. Suka sama suasananya pas pagi hari. Jalan kaki sambil nyeker di taman dekat kolam teratai, suasananya betul2 tenang. Cuma saran sj, taman bagian depan Cottages dekat parkiran sebaiknya lebih ditata lagi, ditambah tanaman hijau atau bunga2an mungkin, biar kesannya lebih rapi dan terurus.

Lokasi tempat ini sangat bagus karena bisa melihat indahnya danau poso langsung dari tempat ini. Biaya menginap pun terjangkau

Tempat inap yg bernuansa klasik, tersedia shower lengkap dengan air panasnya, tampak depan cottages danau Poso dan bukit Tentena, Sunrise di pagi hari.

I stayed here only one night. 21-22 April 2021.
For u who are not liking any climbing the stairs, the cheapest room is on the top area. While the restaurant (the breakfast area) is in the lowest area, near to d lake.
Overall the room is clean, the WiFi is up and down, and the breakfast is so so (instant fried noodle with upside down fried egg).

Tempatnya selain suasana, view yg asyik dan dekat sama destinasi wisata juga harga yang terjangkau dan disenangi oleh wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara.ok mantap.cuman menjadi masukkan untuk menambahkan kamarnya dan fasilitas umum lainnya agar selalu menjadi yang terbaik buat tempat menginap.

Salah satu tempat bersejarah di Tentena, ceritanya membuat saya terkagum kagum terlepas dari benar tidaknya saya yakin situs ini memiliki peran besar dalam peradaban suku suku yang ada di poso. Semoga saya bisa kembali ke sini untuk mengetahui lebih jauh tentang warisan bersejarah dari leluhur ini.

Good place to stay! They will help you with everything, BUT be carefull when you want to take a private car. Always ask who is the driver and never ever ever go with a man with “racing” car (his name is Ferdinand, I think). He is super arrogant, unsympathetic, he was flaunting all the time. It would be still ok but he drives very fast and dangerously. We made a deal with UE Datu Cottages about the price for transportation and he asked us for extra money (multiple times). In the end we refused to give him extra money so he yelled some swear-words and gesticulated. Indonesian people are very nice and friendly, unfortunately he was a big exception.
