I really like the interior concept of this restaurant, but I only have one problem. For me, the lighting in this restaurant is very dim, maybe this is the concept.but for me who is a little nearsighted, I don't feel very comfortable hahaha because I find it difficult to see things.but behind all that, I really like the food here!

Food, service, and the place is very good, I really like it.went yesterday with my family and tried the hainan rice & codfish, loved it all.it's just that at that time there were other customers who brought their children, so it wasn't that comfortable & difficult for communication because the children were running around hahaha.but that's okay, they're just kids

Enjoy your Oriental vibes with five stars meal. Quite expensive but worth every penny. Vegetarian menu is available here.

Amazing food! Everything is taste soooo good!
The downside we need to wait around 50 minutes to get Chinese tea and more that 60 minutes for the food and its only half of our order, another 20 minutes the rest of our order is served at the table.
We also need to chase the waitress so many time to remind our food / drink.
Such a pity since the food is totally awesome but the service is far from ok

Restoran mewah Chinese Food, berada di dalam hotel JW. Marriott Medan. Menunya unik, mewah, tempAt nyaman buat keluarga.dessertnya not recommend~~~

5 star taste, presentation, and ambience
2 star services.
We came on Sunday for a table of 3, early at 11am. Only 1 waiter present and the attitude was quite bad. She did not greet us and even spilled tea while pouring it without any effort to wipe it. So, we needed to ask for tissue and wiped it ourselves.
Another waiter came to take our order after no waiter was around for 5 minutes. We were asking about the menu and the response was short and a little impolite. We gave up asking and just order what we wanted to.
After we were done eating, the waiter just take the empty plate away without any notification and kind of interrupting us when we were laughing and exchanging our phones over the table.
Overall, the service manner was not up to its reputation. Maybe we came too early and they were not awake yet? It’s 11 am though.
The food was great! The main course and dimsum portion was generous. The presentation was very pretty, exactly the same with the pictures. I would come back again for the food and lowered my expectation for the services.

Really disappointed & upset with this restaurant!
I had placed my order at 7 PM and until now 8.45 PM there was only chinese tea!
The service was terrible!
I got no idea about your kitchen, but come on all your guest are waiting for to long.

Pelayanan yang sangat ramah dan profesional ditambah menu yang sangat enak membuat tempat ini menjadi tempat yang harus dikunjungi untuk bersantap baik bersama keluarga maupun teman

Makanan nya cukup enak, tapi tiap orang punya seleranya masing masing sih.cukup banyak pengunjung disini.harga tidak cocok untuk anak-anak kost seperti saya, pelayanan penjual juga cukup bagus.tempatnya cukup mudah di jangkau, tempatnya cukup nyaman, mewah, wow.sangat berkelas dan futuristik dilihat dari ornamen ornamen nya

Nasi hainan emang sudah biasa didengar kebanyakan orang.tapi jika anda merupakan pecinta nasi hainam, anda harus mencobanya disini.bener2 ueenaakk tenann. MUST TRY! Tempatnya cozy bergaya mandarin modren.pelayanannya prima, waktu penyajian makanan tidak terlalu lama.tetapi pendingin ruangannya terlalu dingin.cocok untuk membawa keluarga anda untuk makan disini.

Foods are scrumptious. Pumpkin soup is a must try. Cod fish is fresh. Waiters are friendly. Spectacular.
