Malaysia style prawn noodles cooked by Medanese and surprisingly, he is quite close especially the broth which is thick, sweet and tasty. A bowl of prawn noodle has 2 mid size prawns, 3 prawn balls, 2 fish balls, noodles of your choice, water spinach.

The makan place is very simple with only a few tables.

The noodle comes with generous portion of condiments which consist of braised pork in soy sauce, half egg, bean sprouts, lettuce, coriander, bak yu phok and pickled chili & red onion.
It also comes with a hearty bowl of soup.
The noodle is handmade which is thicker to compare with the ordinary noodle.
It is cooked to al-dente and springy.
The braised pork is slightly sweet and salty.
And the bak yu phok is crunchy.
All the elements combined create a harmonious and mouthgasm sensation.
I highly recommend this and don't you dare to call yourself a #noodle lover if you haven't tried this.

MieUdang aka PrawnNoodle.

The #handmade egg noodle is served in richly flavoured dark soup stock with medium size prawns, #fishcake slices, #prawnball, bean sprouts, chinese cabbage, and half slice of an egg.
The stock is made using dried shrimp, plucked head of prawns, white pepper, garlic and other spices.

You can request it to be mild (the soup comes on side) or bold (the soup is poured inside the noodle).
The noodle is thicker than the usual noodle, it's springy and not mushy.
The prawns are cooked to perfection, it's springy and you can still taste the sweetness of the prawns which you can only get from fresh prawns.
Fish cake slices and shrimp ball is really delicious as well.

Overall, I highly recommend you to try this out if you love bold and strong flavour or dishes that only use the best and fresh ingredients.

It's made of 100% boneless beef shank and this is a really gorgeous looking dish!
Beef shank tends to be though and dry but @chef_leo.nelvin literally pulls it off.
After hours of cooking, this beef shank is so tender, moist, sinewy, and literally breaks upon your tounge.
No effort needed.

The rice flat noodle is cooked to perfection and slightly sourish which is the natural flavor of rice noodle.
The gravy is top notch. It's seasoned to perfection, beefy, slightly runny, not too thick, and full of flavor.

And make sure you squeeze the lime before you enjoy this #beefnoodle.
It brings all the components together and make them fresh, light, and bright.

Rice Vermicelli with Braised Pig Trotters (#猪脚米粉 / Tu Kha #bihun)

This dish consists of a portion of rice vermicelli, topped with generous amount of #trotter, fried garlic and vegetables.
I love the fact that the trotters had been braised for so long, and literally melts in your mouth.

But bear in mind that you have to eat responsibly.
If you're in high cholesterol level, I'm not recommending you to have this.
But this is insanely good.
Absolutely rich and delicious.
All the seasonings are on point.
I will come back for this in no time for sure.

Braised Pork Belly Steamed Buns

So I had tried and reviewed all the menu available from this restaurant but haven't gotten the chance to try their steamed bun because they sold out real fast!
Luckily today I wake up early and make my way there and grab their famous #porkbun before they run out.

To be frankly with you, when I see the #bakpao, I doubt that I will be full.
I think I'm going to order something else. And I'm wrong.
This #pao contains of a large piece of #braisedporkbelly, topped with their homemade #pickledshallots, mushrooms, and vegetables.

The braised #porkbelly is really delicious.
The fat literally melts in your mouth as the fact it was braised for so long.
The #homemade pickled shallots are delicious as well.
And they're pickled using apple vinegar so they're safe no matter how much you eat, u won't get sick.
The bun is also soft.

All the condiments comes together in one bite really put a smile on your face and give you all the happiness you need for the whole day.
And @chef_leo.nelvin told me that he will make this pork bun bigger which I'm really excited about.

I highly recommend you guys to try this.
