Really amaze with their service. Due to my very busy schedule this latest, I even dont have time to think and prepare for our anniversary dinner. And only on 1 night before our plan for the dinner, I contact The hotel and they ask my mobile phone, and offer the in charge marketing to call me.

Ms Icca, was the one who contact me, and she offer a free table decor also word plating.

When I arrived there, its really beyond of our expectation.

And they make our anniversary really memorable.

Kalo ke medan, wajib makan di sini. Enak banget, sate sama burgernya spesial banget. Aku suka banget sama burgernya. Tempat nya cozy and homy. Harga lumayan affordable.

Untuk suasana oke walau lewat jam 10 bakal jadi tempat yang sangat bising, saya dan tunangan saya tiba sebelum jam 6 tidak ada orang yang melayani hanya 1 chef yang ada di lokasi,
Untuk foodnya 7 jenis yang di pesan ada 2 yang kurang berkesan, soup Lobster nya agak sedikit pahit dan steak angus nya sungguh sangat keras.
Usahakan reservasi H-7 sebelum kedatangan buat dinner / lunch karena staff prime steak house lebih lambat respon daripada kinerja staff bank pelat merah.

I had a poolside setup dinner with my girlfriend on her birthday. We were served by Mr Dedy that night where he and other staff members gave us a very good services. The food were yummy and the ambience was very good. It was a truly memorable experience.

I cannot give 0 star, so i give 1 star. The t-bone special is total rip-off, different night and day with its photo shown. Very very loud music after 10pm, horrible service. Not recommended, not coming back. Dont waste your time

How can you not have a piece of good steak when you are in Medan? In PRIME we trust for a good steak. Was there in Medan with Natalie for hiking and we stayed at JW Marriott Hotel for 5 nights. Prime is accessible from the Lobby of the hotel. The steak was good and service was excellent.

Steakhouse in Medan's JW Marriot hotel. Nicely decorated with live band gives the place a classy atmosphere. For Medan prices, this is priced very high but for international standards it is priced around a mid or mid-high end steakhouse. Had the mushroom soup and lobster bisque as appetizers and while they were good, they were nothing special. I suspect the lobster bisque to be from a can with some fresh lobster bits thrown in. The steak itself was quite decent and cooked to the requested temperature. The sauces were flavourful too. However, the accompanying vegetables (diced peas, carrots) just made the whole dish look cheaper since they look like they broke open a pack of frozen vegetables. Unsure why this decision was made. Overall, the dinner was enjoyable but I expected more unique tastes and presentation from a restaurant of this price range in any country. Worth a try while in Medan but nothing too special if you are used to steakhouses elsewhere.
