Teman ausie yg selalu ngajak kesini jika ke jogja.steak nya engga terlalu istimewa.dibawah ekspektasi saya, lain nya ok lah

We had Bitterballen, both Samosa Daging and Sayur, some Soups, Steak, Chicken Tandoori, Opor Ayam, Nasi Kuning Bebek, Lamb Kofta and some desserts.

Taste good, warm and fast service, and nice ambience. Everything was perfect!

ps: For Opor Ayam with Lontong, it would be better if you can pour opor soup more than it serve.

The best resto in town which serves various national and international menus of appetizers, main course, and desserts

Ordered duck with orange sauce which they recommend. Flavor its okay but they cook the duck perfectly.

Gadjah Wong has been a favorite of my family’s for years - we go back any time we can get to Yogya. The food is delicious, the servers are super lovely, and the ambience/space is unbeatable. Highly recommend:)

The restaurant is big and nice but it's not friendly for wheel chair. The price is a little bit expensive since this is located in jogja. But the taste is good.

A friend referred to this place, claiming it’s known as a fine dining place in Yogyakarta. It’s decorated after Javanese traditional, but the menu is undoubtedly international.

I chose an Indian dish Rogan Josh, and boy, it is unmistakably Indian! It brought me back to taste and smell in New Delhi—what I like and what not. I tested a piece of the grilled duck; it was also tasty.

I want to extend my appreciation for how they provide cold-free beer glasses. It’s a nifty way to distinguish between dedicated restaurants and those not.

Good food, clean and tasty.
However the size is small ie; Vegetarian Curry (included nas beriyani) is not sufficient enough for dinner.
Perhaps we have to order extra on menu, to get sufficient enough for dinner size.

Quality and excellent service. The place was serene, spacious, comfortable with aesthetic interiors and ample outdoor seating.

Super soft Chicken tandoori replicated the flavours of it's origin. Rogan Josh was mild. Mango, chilli spread was interesting. With an addational order of bread or naan the meal was definitely fulfilling. There is a variety of fresh juice to choose from.

Comfy and homey restaurant. They have several taste of foods such as Indonesian, Italian, and so on

This is old, classic restaurant and recommended to visit when you are in yogyakarta.

Very unique, they have few spot for seating area, and you can explore first before choosing the right spot.

They have good menu, you ask the recommendation from the waiter and you can bring your own bottle of wine.

Tahun ini sedikit kecewa krn chicken teriyaki favorite saya tidak lagi tersedia di menu.
Tapi norwegian salmon steak, tenderloin steak, duck with orange sauce utk rasa tetap juara.

Fancy place to dine, moderate not too strong taste, expensive ones.nice ambience, old school building by the river, no ac room, smoking area all, small parking area.

Fettuccine is good, better than Pizza Hut, just having too much mushroom makes it “mblenger”. - Norwegian Salmon is great, much better than Salmon we usually order at Sushi Hiro. - Service and place is good as well.

Good food overall, but the lasagna was a bit out of my taste.
Spacy place, with a touch of traditional vibe in the interior.
The staffs were friendly, they even came to give me mosquito repellent after seeing me "clapping" for the mosquitos.

Tempatnya nyaman, service nya sangat baik, makanannya worth it ini saya pesan beef lasagna dan pasta ai fungi.

N. B.ternyata setelah makan saya merasa pastanya terlalu asin untuk saya. Untuk lasagna sudah pas.

We know this place since 22 years and come back every time when we come to Yogya.it is a must when we go there and i have to say compare to other places the price is really value for money. The quality of the food can compete with every 5 Star Restaurant in Jakarta or Europe. Local, authentic, very friendly, consistent quality and after all a place which keeps their style and doens´t change to copy others what they do. Congratulations on your place for me still the best place in Yogya.

A well-known of a 5 star restaurant in Yogyakarta. The ambience, food, and hospitality is good but the price quite expensive

Great ambience, great interior & good western food (ada beberapa pilihan kuliner Indonesia). Menenangkan bisa menikmati makan diiringi suara aliran sungai. Parkiran cukup luas, a lil bit pricey

Restoran yg dari dulu ga pernah berubah, banyak kenangan disini sama istri, suasana oke banget, pernah pesen bunga disini buat makan malam sama istri ternyata ga kena biaya.jadi ini tempat cocok buat makan malam berdua romantissssssssss.

Ada icon $$$ jadi udah jelas banget ya harganya hehe. Makanan 80-180an ribu, minuman 20-40an ribu. Dessert & snack ga terlalu merhatiin harganya.

Mahal? Relatif.
Worth? Bangett! Tempat bersih, pelayanan sopan, pilihan tempat banyak, luas, syahdu lah pokoknya. Rasa? Gausah ditanya lagi ini mah, ga nyesel keluar duit ratusan ribu buat makan di sini. Udah coba makanan seafood, india, sama indonesia nya, ok semua. Ada juga pilihan italia sama beef

Ohiya, mulai dari seragam pegawai sampai dekorasi interior semuanya khas Bali.

Kekurangan: kayaknya sih spot parkirnya kurang sih

Overall, recommended buat yang cari restoran klasik bergaya Bali yang tempatnya syahdu serta taste nya ok dan berkenan ngeluarin at least kisaran 100k per orang

Love this place. It's located in the city but you get a feeling that it's far from the city. There's a river flowing and the gardenscape is beautiful. There's many seat selection with different view and music style. Everyday there's live java music, then there's country music, and on Wednesday they have classic. All the musician start playing at 7 PM.

Some reviewer mention about the fake smile from the waitress, well don't let that discourage you from coming here though. I would say it's best to come here to have a drink and dessert, since the food taste bland and bit pricey. Probably because there's not many visitors and they have many menu, that's why the food stocks it not that fresh.check my other reviews for 4 and 5 star only restaurant

Best place, recomended banget lah, memang sih harganya agak ya lumayan lah hehe, tetapi dengan harga segitu sebanding lah dengan rasa, tempat dan terutama untuk viewnya mantap, terdapat sungainya juga, sekali kali lah ke sini biar tau hehe

5 stars for place and live music, 3 stars for menu variation and taste, 2 stars for parking, and 1 star for price.

Nice place, delicious and beautiful food and also best quality food. Asian food (exp, nasi kuning and Indian vegetable curry) is very delicious. For Italian food, no comment. GW restaurant has delicious icecream. You can try icecream vanilla, chochola, or icecream with small slice of ginger. Price is a bit higher in nominaal, but food has best quality. For one main course you pay around 60 - 90 dozen rupiah. For a recently price maybe you can check it in 'gojek' application.

Love with the ambience and how they set up the interior with quite unique and wood-dominated furniture. You will find so many trees are there. In term of food quality was not really special but the situation was very nice. Overall it will be good to bring your family here since the location and situation also quite nice. In term of the price still reasonable and you can make payment by cash or cashless.

Great food especially the duck BBQ with yellow rice.and also try the wedang jahe tea (ginger tea) traditional drink.really recommended resto. The place it's nice and clean. Staff was friendly and polite.

A legendary fine-dining restaurant in Jogjakarta. They have the best view so far, that creates an amazing ambiance. It is located above a river called "Gadjah Wong", that is why they name after it. You may see the river from your table under the starry sky. Also you may choose the theme for your dinner here, classic or traditional one. In classic theme, there will be a music combination from a piano, violin, cello, with a vocalist that will play usually evergreen songs or per requested, like Top 40’s songs. While in traditional theme, there will be gamelan instruments. This restaurant is really good for a formal meeting with clients, or a celebration with family members or relatives.

Their dishes are good. They have plenty choices of Western, Oriental, Indian, or Indonesian dishes. The price rages from 20-200K. But to be honest, the last visit was not the best. I didn't know why but the taste was quite different with my last visits before. We arranged a group dinner here for about 25 people and they offered a risjttafel dinner of Indonesian dishes. For the starter, it was fried spring roll. Next was clear soup and continued with the main course, options of Indonesian main courses on the menu that they have picked for us. And last one was sliced fruit as the dessert. The drink was choices of watermelon or melon juice.

I had grilled duck with rice. The plating was fantastic, but the taste was not so special. The grilled duck was not hot or warm, but plain and boring. The soup is just so so. Sliced of mushroom, carrot, celery, and a pinch of chicken. The only thing which was tasty was the fried spring roll. It was hot and delicious. I heard that they changed the chef (s) that's why the taste was not as good as before. But still, I love the atmosphere so much. I also love the service. It was extremely perfect. Nice uniform and elegant service. Hopefully they improve the taste in the future.

Food is good, big portion for me. Price is expensive. The javanese and natural ambience is calming. Though i’m happier if they make it a little bit brighter.

Porsi makanan nya terbilang besar, jadi jika bukan hobi makan kayak nya enggak bisa ngabisin 1 porsinya, ada baik nya share sama temen.

Dekat kampus 2 Mercu Buana Jogja dan GKI Gejayan. Tempatnya pinggir jalan raya tapi masih dibikin sunyi sepi karena agak menjulang kevawah dekat sungai

Dengan suasana yg tenang ada alunan musik gamelan dan musik klasik makanan disajikan dg tatanan yg tradisional serta masakan yg enak cukup sepadan dg harganya
